All I wanted was blue and green highlights and to keep the rest of my hair black but instead the stylist bleached and dyed my entire head blue and green and then said she had to charge me an extra $100 because of all the bleach she used. It wasn’t what I wanted and I had to pay $220 for it. This place was absolutely terrible. I even showed my stylist pictures of what I wanted and she still messed it up and I’m fully convinced it was on purpose.
This place is the best. The owner is an awesome stylist with Christian morals. Every time, she has me leaving feeling pleased with her work and professionalism.
I have been going to the pagoda hair design for many years and I love it the staff are always so friendly and and will go out of the way to make you feel special ,my hairstylist Kelli is awesome and she knows what I like I won't ever go anywhere else .
Whitney did amazing on both my girls hair color. Will definitely be back!
I am a former stylist at this salon, and have been client before and after working here. Ive never had a bad experience working with anyone there or had a bad hair experience. any client in that salon will tell you my words are valid. and you cant trust a single bad review on this salon. any rating rating other than excellent is obsurd.
Don't go by what those other haters say. I think it is obvious that several of them was all related in someway. Noticed Date Stamp on each entry. I have been there twice and today I went and seen Kim. She was wonderful. I got highlights and a cut and I could not be happier with it. The salon is clean and very well maintained. Better than most around this area. They give great service, friendly and clean. Prices are as expected. Now you can read the awful hater reviews and go on that but I'm telling you that was some silly isolated incident that happened over two years ago. It was so silly I didn't even ask about it. There will be haters, (Internet trolls). But I will say I am happy with the service I received today. I will be back again and again.
I've been a client here for the past 25+ years and have always been delighted by the friendly, accommodating staff! Donna has taken care of me and my children and we consider her part of our family! Wendy is delightful and very sweet. There are SO many wonderful people @ this salon, I cannot say enough good things ????.
I'm happy to be serving the Middletown and surrounding areas for over 25 years, it's been my Salon home and I've enjoyed working with all the talented stylist over the years here! It's like Cheers, sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name! Lol!
