DO NOT WASTE your time and money at this horrible establishment. Rude & disrespectful staff especially the older man. I waited 1.5 hours told the guy I'll be back and 1 hr. later and the old man told me come back this evening. I watched them worked & they are very slow.
Even tho the wait takes awhile, the ending results are worth it, they take their time which makes the gel last much longer than two weeks, definitely coming back (:
This place was SUPER friendly and understanding, for my 3 friends and I were late for our appt. They still took us. They took their time and were delicate. Many colors to choose from. Clean and welcoming! My pedicure was great! Reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
Obvious Staffing Issues! Long wait times. Mediocre at best customer service. They service each customer differently based on how you look.
Been here going on 60 minutes and still waiting for an eye brow wax. No acknowledgement or check ins with wait time. Definitely starting to be awkward and feel profiled.
The previous owners were more friendly to their Native American clients. At least they created an environment where they acted like they wanted your business.
Do not recommend if you expect clarity in wait times and transparency and equal service to all patrons of al races.
The pedicures are good for a walk-in business.
I went in for a Manicure & Pedicure. While cutting my cuticles on my toes the lady cut too low and kept cutting away. I had to pull my foot away for her to stop. Not once apologized for cutting too low. I could barely understand a word she was saying. I asked for french tip acrylic but while filing and cleaning up my nails she was trying to push me into getting real nail with the gel. She told me "one hand okay. Other hand too ugly for gel" then gets mad when I tell her again I wanted the French tip acrylic. I just paid for the services they did and I left. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
Went in at 10am with my disabled sister for a pedicure, my daughter and I a pedicure and full set, and a face wax for myself. 2 people went in front of, then I was told she would only wax my eyebrows, then after sitting in cold water for an hour she told me they could only do one person's nail!!!
Staff does not acknowledge you at all,.. they don't ask you what kind of service you want they don't ask you what color nails you want. I waited for 45 minutes and they were still with the same person they work very slow
